As a Moderator you need to be professional, offering a high quality standard but also to have fun at the same time. Moderators must be very friendly, we need Moderators that can create a relaxed environment but at the same time can make sure that all players understand that there are rules and that

Remember the Rules
All Moderators need to know the rules and be on foot to address them accordingly. Past server experience on either TFK or on other services grants you a better considered possible acceptation into The Four Kingdoms but you must show you are a good Moderator otherwise you could lose that Staff Rank.
Current Rules are as follows:
No Hacking
(This comes under an unlawful act of
possible coding or hacking the server systems,
DDOS'ing, shutting the server down or other major acts that make the server or another player at high risk).
Result = 4
The Striking System
The Four Kingdoms runs a Striking system, where a certain rule break results in a certain Strike which is noted by a number, if the rule is broken again the strike number goes up by 1. The current strikes are as follows:
Strike 1: Warning then Kick if Ignored
Strike 2: Temporary Ban for 5 Hours
Strike 3: Temporary Ban for 2 Days
Strike 4: IP Ban
No Cheating
(This comes under an unlawful act of common cheaters, this could be from stealing money in an irregular not allowed way
or exploiting glitches and such that can be portrayed as cheating). Note: Griefing on the Faction World map is allowed and is not cheating at all.
Result = 1 - 2 Depending on Severity
No Spamming (Commercial)
(This comes under an annoying act of repeatedly spamming the chat either on Forums or on the Server/s, this is in a Commercial manner and could be such as advertising a website link or other major commercial factors that is not considered in a personal spamming way).
Result = 2
No Spamming (Personal)
(This comes under an annoying act of repeatedly spamming the chat either on Forums or on the Server/s, this is in a Personal manner and could be such as asking for a staff rank, or simply annoying other players but not in a commercial advertising way).
Result = 1
No Begging
(This comes under an annoying act of begging people, whether a Staff Member or a Player, either on Forums or on the Server/s, as an example, this could be such as asking for a staff rank repeatedly, or begging a faction member for that Diamond Sword once already been denied).
Result = 1 -2 Depending on Severity
No Flying
(This comes under an unlawful act of flying within any of the server/s, this is basically a rule for completely no flying, whether the result of flying was found large or small just for flying will result in Strike 2).
Result = 2
No Discrimination (Comments)
(This comes under an illegal act of discriminating someone, giving someone horrible remarks or killing someone in game repeatedly rather than other players simply for discrimination, discrimination can come under many things, race, gender, colour, in game name, even choice of minecraft skin or their opinions).
Result = 2 - 3 Depending on Severity
Offering Advantages
(This comes under an unlawful act of offering an advantage to someone for a discriminative reason to another person, this could be as an example that a staff members gave a ton of armour to a female on the server just because it was a female and the other males felt that it was unfair and seemed discriminative).
